One of the most powerful tools an artist has is their ability to express themselves in personal and meaningful ways. Extraordinary events are often the catalyst for amazingly profound works of art.
For this painting, I want you to reflect and respond to the COVID 19 crisis. How does it make you feel? What impact and effect is it having on your life? What will the future be like? What will happen to Maui, the USA, the world?
Yes, this is a very open ended question, and everyone will have a different response. Think about the topic, and make a painting based on your feelings, observations, thoughts, etc. When you submit your work, include a description about your work in the text box.
